I am a sole practitioner and a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of the Northwest Territories. I practice in the field of democracy law, which you can read about on my Democracy Law Blog. Election finance, election advertising, lobbying, conflicts of interest and ethics, voting, controverted elections and constitutional issues are my specialty.
My clients include governmental agencies, political parties, candidates, lobbyists, former public office holders, media groups, interest groups and members of the public.
